Back to Business

Its been a while but I am back in action and caught up from a crazy two months of vacation time, Equitours 2008 brochure release, Christmas, New Year and checking out a new ride in Australia. What a whirlwind the last eight weeks have been and already, we are about to welcome in the month of February. Where does the time go?

The new ride I scouted in Australia turned out to be a great success and Equitours are happy to add it to our list of offerings. pacificocean.jpgWe call this ride the Boomerang Trail as it is a stationary ride, returning each evening to a newly refurbished homestead in Lorne, near Port Macquarie, New South Wales. I am very excited about this new ride in my home country and hope to be able to show guests a truly picturesque and unique part of the world.

The 2008 brochure has been well received with bookings rolling in. It is encouraging that despite the uncertain US economy we still have clients willing to enjoy traveling and spending time immersing themselves in other cultures while enjoying the great outdoors.

    Sarah,
    My wife Robin and I had the good fortune to ride with you in November 2006 at Estancia Los Potreros. We are planning to go on an equitours trip to Spain in April. We just read your blog about your recent Australian travels. Sounds exciting!! We hope you are well and look forward to riding with you again sometime soon! We have many great memories of our overnight ride in Argentina with you and the Beggs. Do you have any recommendations on Spain?

    Hi Robin and Ted!
    So good to hear from you two. I still tell all my clients enquiring about Los Potreros about the wonderful and unique overnight stay that we had with Menta and Chiche. A definite highlight of the trip.
    Equitours have some great rides in Spain which your would enjoy. I will forward your details onto Nancie in the Equitours office, who handles most of these rides and she will get back to you shortly.
