Too Expensive To Travel?
With Thanksgiving next week the Equitours office is celebrating with a few days off. Personally for an Australian, Thanksgiving is not a celebrated holiday but hey when in Rome………..
 A four day weekend calls for some sort of celebration but with gas prices the way they are, we will be staying close to home. A nice late brunch of pancakes, French toast (multicultural as I am!) and fruit followed by a long horse ride with our dogs tagging along. Dinner will be the traditional roast turkey fare but I am personalizing it by having Pavlova for dessert, an Australian treat.
What are you doing for Thanksgiving? Are you one of the millions bitting the bullet and traveling by car despite the gas prices or has this had an impact on your vacation plans?

Hi, I had a wonderful time at the Bitterroot Ranch this summer. Just wanted to send my best to all and I hope that if any trips are running out in Kenya at the moment that everyone is safe and removed from the current violence.

Thanks Kate. Mel and Bayard just returned from Kenya safe and sound. Equitours trips are removed from the current violence but it is certainly a point of concern.
Hope to see you at the Bitterroot again sometime soon.
