A different kind of “time”
After a fascinating week at Patagonia I had to move onto my next destination. I was catching a plane back to Buenos Aires then onto Cordoba. What should have been a seemingly uneventful day turned into a long wait on planes and in airports. I found it hard getting used to the laid back attitude of the country. The international airport at Buenos Aires seemed to run on time but the regional airlines appeared to be in slow motion. My plane leaving San Martin de los Andes was two hours behind and then the plane I got changed to for Cordoba was one hour late! I guess if you are a native you get used to this, so I tried my best to think “when in Rome……”
